As an actor I have performed in a variety of stage plays including ‘The Bridge’ by Hanyong Theatre company – a dual language play touring UK South Korea Japan and Australia and a number of productions for Pentabus Theatre. I have also played various mothers in short films as can be seen in my show reel showreel
As a writer I’ve worked in theatre for 23 years and have had over 23 plays produced professionally by companies such as Pentabus – a regional touring theatre company and Teatro Regional De Serra Do Montemuro - a Portuguese company that tours throughout Portugal and internationally .
I work with Catcher Media co writing and directing films for education, raising awareness on issues such as puberty/alcohol/safe sexual practice/mental health. These are collaborations with young people for their peer groups.
I also work in education on projects like Warwick Arts Centre’s Covcoolkids - working with primary schools over the period of a term enabling the children to write, produce and perform a piece of theatre . These performances range from small pieces either by a class or in the case of The Green Children for a production that involved 780 pupils on stage in The Butterworth Hall.
